1. How services are delivered
- Websites and dashboards are delivered live on your domain and hosting, with login details, source code and documentation handed over on final payment.
- Design and branding files (logos, brand guides, design files) are delivered by email and through your client portal as downloadable files.
- SEO, social media and advertising work is carried out on your accounts every month and reported by email and in your client portal.
2. When delivery starts
Work starts within 3 working days of the later of: your payment (or the agreed advance) being received, and us receiving the content, logins and approvals the project needs.
3. Typical timelines
- Logo and brand design: 1 to 2 weeks
- Websites: 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the package
- E-commerce stores: 5 to 7 weeks
- Custom dashboards: 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the package
- Monthly services: start within 7 days and run every month
The timeline in your quote or package is the one that applies. Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.
4. Confirming delivery
We tell you by email and in your client portal when each milestone is delivered. You have 7 days to review it and request the changes included in your package.
5. Problems with delivery
If anything has not reached you, or does not work as described, email contact@devlyt.online with your order number and we will fix it at no extra cost.
